HPLC测定银黄胶囊中绿原酸和黄芩苷的含量

摘　　要：目的通过HPLC法测定银黄胶囊中绿原酸和黄芩苷的含量。方法以《中国药典》2015年版一部为依据，采用HPLC法，色谱柱为C18反相液相色谱柱，流动相：乙腈-0．4％磷酸（13：87）和甲醇-水-磷酸（47：53：0．2）；检测波长：327nm和280nm；流速：1．0ml／min；柱温：25℃。结果该方法样品处理简单、分离度良好，具有良好的重现性。结论本方法可以确保产品质量，可以作为银黄胶囊的质量标准检测方法。Objective To determine the content of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Yinhuang capsules by HPLC. Method HPLC was used with C18 column. Flow phase： acetonitrile -0.4% phosphoric acid （13：87） and methanol - water - phosphoric acid （47：53：0.2）; detection wavelength： 327 nm and 280 nm; flow rate： 1.0 ml/ min; column temperature： 25℃. Result The sample was easy to deal with and the chromatogram was good with a good reproducibility. Conclusion The method can be used to control the quality of Yinhuang capsules.
