医联体内学科直管下病区紧密型护理管理模式成效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨医联体内，三级医院省临床重点专科妇科和产科直接管理受托管的二级医院对VI学科下，病区紧密型护理管理模式的运用成效。方法为促进托管医院学科建设，2016年12月，佛山市第一人民医院妇产科全面接管托管医院妇产科，并派驻医护团队，医联体内学科直管，形成病区紧密型护理管理模式。在该模式下，通过建章立制、安全管理、质量管理、团队建设、环境改造等改革全面推动护理管理工作。结果该模式运作一年后，病区护理质量和患者满意度明显提高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论医联体内学科直管下病区紧密型护理管理模式提升护理管理质量，促进医联体建设。Objective To explore the effect of the close nursing management model in the ward under the medical alliance, the relevant disciplines of the secondary trusteeship hospital was directly charged by the tertiary hospitals provincial key specialty gynecology and obstetrics. Methods In order to promote the discipline construction of the trusteeship hospital, the obstetrics and gynecology department of the first people＇s hospital of Foshan full took over the department of obstetrics and gynecology of the trusteeship hospital since December 2016, and stationed the medical and nursing team, to form a close nursing management model in the ward under the medial alliance. Under this model, the nursing management was promoted through the establishment of rules and regulations, the safety management, the quality management, the team building, and the environmental transformation. Result After one year of operation, the quality of nursing management and patient satisfaction were obviously improved, with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion The model of the close nursing management in the ward under direct discipline management in medical alliance can improve the quality of nursing management and promote the discipline construction of medical alliance.
