中药封包与低频脉冲电磁场治疗仪联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察中药封包治疗仪与低频脉冲电磁场治疗仪联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。【方法】将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组患者在非甾体抗炎药及肌肉松弛剂治疗的基础上,辅以中药封包与低频脉冲电磁场治疗仪联合治疗,对照组患者单纯给予非甾体抗炎药及肌肉松弛剂治疗,2组均在治疗1周、4周、12周、24周后进行日本骨科学会(JOA)下腰痛评分法评分以评价疗效。【结果】(1)治疗1周、4周、12周、24周后,2组患者JOA下腰痛评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在治疗后各个阶段对JOA下腰痛评分的改善程度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)通过JOA下腰痛评分分析疗效,观察组的近期(治疗1周和4周后)疗效和远期(治疗12周和24周后)疗效均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】中药封包治疗仪联合低频脉冲电磁场治疗仪,辅助非甾体抗炎药及肌肉松弛剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症,具有较好的疗效,其治疗效果明显优于单纯非甾体抗炎药及肌肉松弛剂治疗。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine packet therapeutic instrument pluslow-frequency pulsed electromagnetic field therapeutic instrument for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Sixty cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into trial group and control group,30 casesin each group. All of the two groups were treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and muscle relaxants,and additionally the trial group was given the combination therapy with Chinese medicine packet therapeuticinstrument plus low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic field therapeutic instrument. After treatment for 1,4,12 and 24 week（s）,the scores of Japanese Orthopedics Association（JOA）for lower back pain were observed forevaluating the therapeutic efficacy. Results（1）After treatment for 1,4,12 and 24 week（s）,JOA scores forlower back pain in the two groups were much improved（P〈0.05 compared with those before treatment）,and theimprovement of JOA scores at various time points in the trial group was superior to that in the control group（P〈0.05）.（2）The results of clinical efficacy analysis based on JOA scores showed that the short-term（after treatmentfor one week and 4 weeks）efficacy and the long-term（after treatment for 12 and 24 weeks）efficacy in the trialgroup was superior to those in the control group,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Based onthe treatment with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and muscle relaxants, the combination therapy withChinese medicine packet therapeutic instrument plus low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic field therapeuticinstrument exerts better effect for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation than non-steroidal anti-inflammatorydrugs and muscle relaxants alone.
