“治未病”思想防治变应性鼻炎的探讨

摘　　要：探讨采用"治未病"思想对变应性鼻炎进行慢性病管理。"既病防变"是变应性鼻炎防治的关键环节,在初发阶段宜重视先兆,确诊后予中医干预,并重视健康教育;疾病反复发作阶段采用中西医结合治疗尽快控制症状,积极防治并发症,动态评估病情,及时调整治疗方案。疾病控制阶段宜"择时防发"和"瘥后防复,未病先防",因时、因人选择中医药疗法,以减少疾病发作。The application of thoughts of preventive treatment of diseases in chronic disease management forallergic rhinitis（AR）was discussed. Preventing the disease from exacerbating is the key for the prevention andtreatment of AR. At the early stage of AR,the nasal symptoms should be regarded as a warning sign,and Chinesemedicine therapies is recommended for usage after diagnosis. Meanwhile,the patients should accept the healtheducation. At the relapsing stage of AR,the symptoms should be controlled with Chinese and western medicinetherapy as soon as possible, the related complications should be prevented and treated actively, and thepractitioners should assess the disease dynamically and adjust the treatment regimen timely. At the intermissionstage of AR, appropriate Chinese medicine therapies should be applied for the prevention of AR re-attackaccording to the seasons and the constitutions of the patients,thus to reduce the attack frequence of AR.
