摘　　要：连续三年招警考试招录大纲的不断变化,对公安院校公安专业应届毕业生素质和能力提出了更高的要求。现有《公安学基础理论》课程教学无论从教学内容、教学安排、课程学时,还是教学团队建设都面临着巨大挑战,教学改革势在必行。from the first national unified police examination on April 23, 2016 to the upcoming third national unified police examination on 2018, the recruitment outline has been constantly changing, and has put forward higher demands on the quality and ability of new graduates of public security colleges and universities. It is imperative to reform the current curriculum teaching of the Basic Theory of Public Security, whether it is teaching content, teaching arrangement, course hours or the construction of a teaching team.
