摘 要:为了满足实时监测固定污染源中废气处理装置前后VOCs的浓度,研发了双通道VOCs在线监测系统,该系统有两个探头,分别安装在废气处理装置前后,通过管路切换来轮流测量两个采样点的废气参数,从而计算出废气处理装置的去除效率。该系统采用全程高温预处理技术和国际标准规定的气相色谱方法检测,而且从采样到样品分析,全自动化。本文介绍了所研制的双通道VOCs在线监测系统的主要组成、系统的关键技术和系统在实验室测试的性能参数。测试结果表明,该系统具有分析时间短、测量准确度高、现场适用性强等特点,完全满足固定污染源中VOCS在线监测的要求。Two-channel VOCs on-line monitoring system was developed for measuring the exhaust gas concentration before and after the exhaust gas treatment device in real-time. The system has two sampling probes. They are installed separately before and after the exhaust gas treatment device. The system' takes turns to measure the exhaust gas parameters of the two sampling points by switching the pipeline, thereby calculating the removal efficiency of the exhaust gas. The system adopts the pretreatment technology of high-temperature and the detection technique of GC specified by international standards. And the system uses full automatic control from sampling to sample analysis. The main structure, key technology, performance test in the laboratory and field application test of the system are described in detail. The test results show that the system has characteristics such as the short analysis cycle time, high precision, strong universality in field application. So it can totally meet the requirements of on-line monitoring of VOCs in stationary sources.
