摘  要:智能制造技术的愈发成熟,如今已成为世界制造业发展的客观趋势,科技技术的发展和工业推动智能技术的进程。智能制造不仅仅是单一先进技术和设备的引入应用,而是一种新模式的转变。本项目是以传统企业的高价格物料的管理作为依托,整合主流的多项技术与管理平台,实现整体管理流程的优化。为满足工厂高价值物料智能管理需要,此项目采用虹膜识别技术对人员信息进行识别,通过与PLC设备的实时通信,实现物料的智能自动获取,并实现生产过程中关键点液位的监控检测。The maturity of intelligent manufacturing technology has now become the objective trend of the manufacturing industry in the world, the development of science and technology and the process ot industrial promonon ot intelligent technology.Intelligent manufacturing is not just the introduction of a single advanced technology and equipment, but a new paradigm shift.The project is based on the traditional high-priced materials management as a basis for the integration of a number of mainstream technology and management platform to achieve the optimization of the overall management process.In order to meet the needs of intelligent management of high-value materials in the factory, this project uses iris recognition technology to identify personnel information and realize the intelligent automatic acquisition of materials through real-time communication with PLC devices. As well as the realization of the key points in the production process monitoring and detection.
