摘 要:本文尝试建立一种测试计算空气中总挥发性有机物的方法:利用有证标准物质建立校准曲线,引入二氯甲烷、甲苯和对二氯苯三个替代标准,对未识别或无校准信息的挥发性有机物,根据保留时间分别用替代标准的校准信息来定量,总挥发性有机物的浓度即所有检测出的挥发性有机物浓度总和。本文论述了总挥发性有机物的重要性,优化了测试参数,论证了苏玛罐样品的保存期限;该方法定量准确度高,回收率测试符合质控要求,方法稳定可靠,具有实际应用价值。This paper try to establish a test calculation method of total volatile organic compounds in the air: The standard material is used to establish the calibration curve. We use three alternative standards (dichloromethane, toluene and p-dichlorobenzene) to quantitative respectively those volatile organic compounds, which have no calibration information, according to retention time. The concentration of total volatile organic matter is the sum of all detected concentration of volatile organic compounds. This paper discusses the importance of total volatile organic matter, optimizes the test parameters, and demonstrates the shelf life of the samples. The method is of high quantitative accuracy, and the recovery test is in accordance with the quality control requirement. The method is stable and reliable and has practical application value.
