摘 要:针对现有玉米掰穗试验台存在的秸秆过长和不易喂入的问题,对其进行了完善和优化,并分析了掰穗装置的性能要求,确定了试验台的总体方案。在Solid Work软件平台上对其关键部件进行了三维建模和虚拟装配,并进行了干涉检查,结果表明:各零部件之间没有发生干涉。利用Solid Works自动生成的相应二维图纸,进行试验台的加工和装配,搭建了能够完成喂入、掰穗及切茎功能的玉米掰穗装置试验台。上拉切茎式仿生玉米掰穗装置试验台的成功搭建为进行各种影响掰穗性能参数的试验奠定了基础,对新型玉米收获装置的研究提供了有价值的参考。Aim at problem that length of corn stalk is too long to feed in existing corn picking device,the corn picking device have been improved and optimized. The design scheme of the test device was determined according to performance requirements of corn picking device. The 3 D modeling and virtual assembly of the critical components were established based on platform of Solidworks software and interference of components was checked. The results show that there is no interference between the components. The corn picking device was machined and assembled on the basis of two-dimensional drawings generated by Solidworks software. The feeding of corn stalk,ear picking and corn stalk cutting are finished on the test device. The construction of device of corn picking with dragging and cutting stem provides the foundation for experiments of affecting the performance parameters. The results have been reference to design new style corn harvester.
