摘 要:针对现有家庭小型水培设备定向放置采光率差、生产率不高等问题,基于传统立式水培设备结构特点,结合阳台水培技术要求,根据植物生理特性,设计了一种移动可旋转式水培设备。通过分析移动可旋转水培设备的主要结构及工作原理,设计了栽培盘形状、空间布局和营养液循环系统,并进行不同立柱转速下的生产试验。试验表明:在立柱转速为3r/min时,生菜各项生理指标及最终产量最优,明显高于传统固定式水培设备,光合特性平均提高19%(Pn)、11%(Gs)、15%(Ci)、22%(Tr),单株产量提高24%,根鲜重提高32%,单位面积产量提高197%。The existing small family hydroponics equipment has the problem of low productivity and poor practicability.In view of these problems,this paper,based on the traditional vertical hydroponic equipment,combined with the technical requirements of hydroponics,integrated plant physiological characteristics,and designed a kind of movable rotary hydroponic equipment. Through the analysis of the main structure and working principle,this paper designed the culture dish shape,space layout,nutrient circulation system,and production test under different pillar speed. The test results showed that at the speed of 3 r/min,all kinds of physiological indexes and yield of lettuce are the best,significantly higher than the traditional fixed hydroponic equipment,with photosynthetic characteristics on average increased by 19%( Pn),11%( Gs),15%( Ci),22%( Tr),the yield increased by 24%,root fresh weight increased by 32%,and the per unit area yield increased by 197%.
