摘 要:针对甘蔗机械收割其宿根破头率高的问题,对两种不同结构的甘蔗收获机进行了田间试验和动态测试试验研究。试验结果表明:简支梁结构的样机2其甘蔗宿根破头率仅为外伸梁结构的样机1的56%;样机2的结构动刚度优于样机1;样机2刀尖及车架的轴向振动小于样机1;两台样机甘蔗宿根破头率的显著差异源自于其动刚度不同而导致的轴向振动的不同。甘蔗收获机的设计应考虑采取积极措施抑制刀盘的轴向振动。Aiming at the problem of a higher broken rate of ratoons harvested by sugarcane machine,field test and dynamic test are made for two sugarcane harvesters with different structures in this paper,then the test results show that the broken rate of sugarcane ratoons of sample harvester 2 with simply-supported beam structure is only 56% of sample harvester 1 with overhanging beam; the structural dynamic rigidity of sample harvester 2 is better than sample harvester 1;the axial vibration of the cutter point and frame of sample harvester 2 is less than those of sample harvester 1; the obvious differences between broken rates of sugarcane ratoons by two sample harvesters derive from axial vibration differences resulted from different rigidities. During the design of a sugarcane harvester,positive measures should be taken for restraining the axial vibration of its cutter disc.
