摘  要:近君子,远小人,是用人之道,也是交友之道。在单位人力资源队伍中,有君子也会有小人,"君子周而不比,小人比而不周。如何管小人,是领导干部需要思考、面对的一个问题。或许,从"善善恶恶而亡"的历史教训中,我们可以得到一些启示。Near gentlemen,far away people,is the way to use people,but also the way to make friends. In the unit's human resources team,there are gentlemen who also have villains. The gentleman is not as good as the week,but the villain is less lenient. How to manage the villain is a question that the leading cadre needs to think about and face. Perhaps,from the"good. "We can get some inspiration from the historical lessons of good and evil.
