摘  要:为达到土壤局部覆盖、蓄水保墒、节约资源和增产增收的目的,设计了一种Y型立式旋耕机的旋耕刀系统,并阐述了其结构组成及工作原理。通过Solid Works软件对旋耕刀进行了结构设计,应用作图法对旋耕刀结构参数进行了分析。通过对单把立式旋耕刀的受力分析可知,立式旋耕刀在稳定切削土壤时的切向阻力主要由单把立式旋耕刀的动态切削阻力和扰动阻力组成。将模型导入仿真软件ADAMS中,模拟出立式旋耕刀的运动轨迹为余摆线,通过添加参数,模拟出单把立式旋耕刀的动态切削阻力、扰动阻力和切削阻力的变化曲线,得到旋耕刀的切削过程是一个周期性的变化过程,并对单把立式旋耕刀的切向阻力进行了分析。In order to realize the local soil cover,water conservation,conservation of resources and increase production,this paper designed a rotary blade system of Y vertical rotary cultivator. Describes its structure and working principle,design the structure of the rotary blades through the Solid Works software and analysis of the rotary blade structure parameters using the method of drawing. The tangential resistance of vertical rotary cutter is mainly composed of the dynamic cutting resistance and disturbance resistance of single vertical rotary cutter based on the analysis of resistance to the single vertical rotary blade in the stable cutting soil. The model is imported into the simulation software ADAMS,simulate the trajectory of vertical rotary blade for trochoid,and adding parameters to the model,simulate change curve of the dynamic cutting resistance,disturbance resistance and cutting resistance of single vertical rotary cutter,cutting process of the rotary knife is a process of cyclical changes according to the analysis of tangential resistance.
