摘  要:针对蓝莓种植环境中传统人工调光方式耗时、费力且精度低的问题,设计了一种基于数控恒流技术的温室大棚光照调节器。该调节器主要由STM32核心模块、光照强度信息采集模块、恒流源电路模块和LED光源模组等4部分组成,利用处理器内部ADC采集电流强度数据,通过光照传感器检测光强信息,以数字PID算法实现光源输出亮度的恒定控制。测试结果表明:调节器运行稳定,整定后的控制参数KP最优值为0.7,调节器电流强度检测相对误差最大为3.96%。该设计方案可为实现最终的蓝莓光照按需供给提供技术参考。Due to the time consuming and low precision of the traditional manual dimming method in the blueberry planting environment,an illumination regulator based on digital controlled constant current technology was proposed in this paper. The regulator was composed of a STM32 core module,a light intensity information collection module,a constant current circuit module and a LED light source module. The current intensity data were collected by ADC in the processer,and the light intensity information was gathered by illumination sensor. Preset light intensity was kept relatively constant by digital PID algorithm according. Test results showed that the optimal value of control parameter KPwas 0.7,and the maximum relative error of current intensity detection was 3. 96%. This design proposal could provide technical references for the actualization of blueberry illumination by needs.
