摘  要:为了提高三轮自走式喷药机运行平稳性和操作高效性,设计了以万向节转向机构和可调式车架等组成的小型自走式喷药机,并对喷药机物理样机进行了喷头施药量、施药幅宽、喷头防滴性能及田间运行恒速/加速度试验研究。结果表明:小型自走式喷药机后轮桁架调整高效、方便,田间运行稳定,未发生转弯侧翻等危险事故,施药性能和田间运行性能均满足小规模农田施药作业要求。本研究对指导农民实际生产和提高植物保护技术具有重要的参考价值。In order to improve the three rounds of self-propelled sprayer running stability and operating efficiency,design on the universal joint steering mechanism and scalable frame of small self-propelled sprayer in this paper. Test research on the medication,width,drip proof performance and field operation of constant speed acceleration of the physical prototype of the small sprayer. The research shows that,small self-contained sprayer adjustment is convenient,the operation of the field is stable,without the risk accident of turning rollover,and administer performance and running performance can meet the requirements of smaller farm work. To help farmers to the actual production and improving plant protection technology has better economic benefit and optimistic outlook.
