摘  要:结合牧草种子的特点,设计了一种基于振动力场作用下的小粒牧草种子丸粒化包衣机,并以不同的参数与工艺进行了试验研究。以百粒重为评价指标进行二次旋转正交组合试验,利用Mat Lab软件验证分析,运用决定系数R2、P值分析了模型的可信度,并进行响应曲面分析。结果显示:在包衣锅倾斜角度为锅口平面与水平面成45°、包衣锅旋转速度为45r/min、振动频率为30Hz条件下,丸粒化包衣率达到了78%,单籽率为95%,有籽率为98%。试验表明:振动力场作用下的牧草种子丸粒化包衣机可大幅度提高种子包衣合格率和包衣质量。According to the characteristics of forage seeds to design a pelleting machine of small-sized seed based on vibration force. At the same time,Orthogonal experiments were carried out with different parameters and processes. In addition,the two rotation orthogonal combination experiment was carried out with 100 grain weight as the evaluation index.Using Matlab software to verify the analysis. Besides,the reliability of the model was analyzed by R2 and P,and the response surface was analyzed. The results showed that when the inclined angle of the coating pan is 45 degrees to the horizontal plane of the pot mouth,and the rotating speed of the coating pot is 45 r/min,and the vibration frequency is 30 Hz,the pelleting rate reached 78%. The single seed rate was 95%,seed rate was 98%. The experimental results show that the seed coating and pelleting machine can greatly improve the rate of seed coating and the quality of coating.
