摘  要:某型号随车起重机回转装置的齿轮啮合点,位于基座与转台底板之间内部,是典型的封闭空间内啮合齿轮传动,针对原装配工艺不能检测啮合侧隙的不足进行改进。改进后的装配工艺,借助啮合侧隙检测工装调整并测量齿轮啮合侧隙,并对其装配工艺过程部分调整。经工艺验证,实现了回转装置装配设计工艺对齿轮啮合侧隙的工艺要求,保障了回转装置装配质量。That the mesh point of a crane-attached lift at the slewing circle is inside in between the base and slewing plate is a typical closure space of gear meshing pattern of drive, so that an improvement has to be made on the side clearance at the meshing.The assemble process after improvement is to readjust and measure the mesh clearance, with partial readjusting onto the assembly procedure. Through process proofing and exposing you can see that it has realized process demand and requirements as specified by the slewing device design,in terms of side clearance in the gear meshing, thus ensuring assemble quality of the slewing device.
