摘 要:本文配制两大类混凝土,第一类在恒定胶凝材料总量的前提下变化胶凝材料组成,第二类固定胶凝材料组成变化混凝土其它组分,测试不同配比混凝土的电通量和氯离子扩散系数,运用灰色关联分析方法研究混凝土电通量与水胶比、砂率、胶凝材料用量等关联性的大小。研究结果表明:多元复合胶凝材料可以发挥不同类别的胶凝材料在组成和结构上的特点,从而在混凝土中发挥交互叠加效应,实现优势互补,显著提高混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性;在胶凝材料组成一定的情况下,水胶比是影响混凝土电通量量值大小的关键子因子,其值越大,电通量越高;水胶比与电通量符合多项式关系,电通量与氯离子渗透系数两者符合线性关系。Two kinds of concretes were put up. The first was composed of varied ratio of cementitious materials at their stated quantity condition. The second was composed of stated component of cementitious materials with varied components of concretes. Electric flux and diffusion coefficient of concretes were tested. Grey Connection Method was used to research the relation between electric flux of concrete and its water cementitious material ratio, sand ratio and quantity of eementitious material. The results indicated that composite addition of fly ash, slag and silica fume to cement can improve resisting Cl- in concrete. In condition of stated component of cementitious materials, water cementitious material ratio was the key factor influencing electric flux of concrete with direct ratio. Water cementitious material ratio and electric flux accorded with multinomial and electric flux and diffusion coefficient accorded with linearity.
