摘 要:通过对不同聚丙烯纤维、粉煤灰和碱性激发剂含量泡沫混凝土试样的室内力学试验,测试其抗折强度和抗压强度等力学特性,分析聚丙烯纤维、粉煤灰和碱性激发剂含量对泡沫混凝土强度的影响规律。研究结果表明:1)聚丙烯纤维添加可有效提高泡沫混凝土力学性能;2)泡沫混凝土的强度随粉煤灰用量的增大而减小;3)泡沫混凝土的强度受碱性激发剂用量影响,其最佳用量为粉煤灰掺量的5%。研究成果可为聚丙烯纤维粉煤灰泡沫混凝土的工程应用提供理论基础。With the ever-increasing of light weight, high strength building materials, foamed concrete has been the key study subject of building materials. The mechanical tests of foamed concrete with different content of polypropylene fiber, fly ash and basic activator were finished. The mechanical properties of the compressive strength and the flexural strength was tested. The effect laws of content of polypropylene fiber, fly ash and basic activator on foamed concrete strength was analyzed. The results show that: 1 ) The strength of the foamed concrete increases with adding polypropylene fiber. 2 ) The strength of the foamed concrete decreases with the increasing of fly ash content. 3 ) The strength of the foamed concrete is impacted by the basic activator, and the best content of basic activator is 5% of the fly ash. The results will be the theoretical basis of foamed concrete engineering.
