摘 要:大掺量粉煤灰混凝土的使用可以有效提高粉煤灰的利用率。基于此,本文开展了大掺量粉煤灰混凝土的力学特性测试,分析了混凝土抗折和抗压强度随粉煤灰掺量的变化规律,研究了激发剂对混凝土力学特性的影响规律。研究结果表明:(1)大掺量粉煤灰混凝土的抗折强度和抗压强度均随粉煤灰掺量的增大而减小;(2)大掺量粉煤灰混凝土的强度随养护时间的增加而快速增长,适用于早期强度要求不高的混凝土工程;(3)激发剂对大掺量粉煤灰混凝土强度的激发作用:Na_2SO_4>CaCl_2>NaOH。本文的研究成果可为大掺量粉煤灰混凝土的工程使用提供理论基础。The use of high fly ash concrete can effectively improve the utilization rate of fly ash. Based on this, the mechanical properties of high fly ash concrete were tested. The change laws of flexural and compressive strength with dosage of fly ash were analyzed. The influence laws of activator on the mechanical properties of concrete were studied. The results show that: 1 ) The compressive strength and compressive strength of fly ash concrete decrease with the increase of fly ash content. 2 ) The strength of fly ash concrete increases rapidly with the increase of curing time, and the high fly ash concrete is suitable for concrete projects with low initial strength requirements; 3 ) Excitation effect of activator on the strength of fly ash concrete: Na2SO4〉 CaCl2〉NaOH. The research results of this paper can provide theoretical basis for the engineering use of high fly ash concrete.
