摘  要:目的研究金背杜鹃叶乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法葡聚糖凝胶柱层析、结晶、重结晶和硅胶柱层析等方法对乙酸乙酯部分进行系统的分离纯化,通过理化方法和波谱数据进行分析和结构鉴定。结果从金背杜鹃叶的乙酸乙酯部位中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为槲皮素(1)、金丝桃苷(2)、3,7-二甲氧基-5,3',4'-三羟基黄酮(3)、乌苏醇(4)、(R)-杜鹃醇-2-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、4'-甲氧基-5,7,3'-三羟基黄酮(6)、广寄生苷(7)、廖属苷(8)、(+)儿茶素(9)、β-谷甾醇(10)。结论化合物4~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To determine the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate extract from leaves of Rhododendron clementinae Forrest subsp, aureodorsale Fang. Methods The ethyl acetate extract was isolated and purified by Sephadex LH-20, crystallization, recrystallization and silica gel chromatographic techniques. Their structures were elucidated by physiochemical and spectral analyses. Results Ten components were obtained and elucidated as: quercetin (1), hyperoside (2), 3, 7-dimethoxy-5, 3', 4'-trihydroxyflavone (3), uvaol (4), (R)-rhodoendrol-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), 4'-dimethoxy-5, 7, 3'-trihydroxyflavone (6), aviuclarin (7), polystaehoside (8), ( + ) catechin (9), and β-sitosterol (10). Conclusion Compound 4 - 6 have been isolated from the plant for the first time.
