摘　　要：磷酸肌酸作为细胞内的能量载体,能够维持细胞的活性及基本功能。外源性磷酸肌酸作为重要的能量补充剂,在治疗能量供应不足导致的机体病理变化中发挥着重要作用。此外,磷酸肌酸的膜稳定作用、抗氧化作用、神经保护作用等正逐渐被证实。本文通过查阅国内外相关文献,对磷酸肌酸在临床中的应用现状进行了综述。As an energy carrier, creatine phosphate can maintain the cell viability and basic function. Exogenous creatine phosphate, as an important energy supplement, plays an important role in the treatment of pathological changes caused by insufficient energy supply. In addition, new evidence is emerging regarding its membrane stabilization, antioxidant effects and neuroprotective effects. By retrieving references domestically and internationally, this paper focuses on the progress in clinical application of creatine phosphate.
