摘  要:阐述了推拿按法刺激器设计的首要因素,认为设计一个符合中医特色的按法刺激器,除了力学原理之外,必须要充分认识人操作手法的特性。在设计时,既要分析按法的运动学和动力学规律,还要充分考虑按法所包含的人体因素。按法的运动学和动力学参数主要涉及到力量的大小和方向的控制以及作用方式的选择。人操作按法的特性主要有拇指的外形和质地,以及指腹的温度。This paper expounds the primary factor in the design of on-the-point pressing point pressing stimulator. In order to design a normal stimulator that conforms to the characteristics of TCM, in addition to the mechanics principle, it is necessary to fully understand the manipulation characteristics of human operate. In the design, it is necessary to analyze the kinematics and dynamics as well as the full consideration to factors from the human body. According to the method of kinematics and dynamics parameters mainly involves the size and the direction of the power control and the choice of operating mode. Human operating characteristic mainly has the appearance of the thumb and texture, as well as the temperature of the finger pulp.
