摘　　要：总结地龙有效化学成分(生物活性成分)、药理作用、临床应用注意事项的研究现状,为今后的开发利用和临床合理使用提供依据。This paper systematically collected the relevant research reports in the past ten years, and comprehensively summed up the effective chemical composition of medicinal herbs （bio-active components）, pharmacological effects and clinical application of Dilong（Geosaurus）, and provided the basis for future development and utilization and clinical rational use.
