小儿推拿治疗联合药浴在婴幼儿腹泻中的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿推拿治疗联合药浴在婴幼儿腹泻中的临床效果。方法 66例腹泻患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组33例。对照组患儿采用传统治疗及护理干预措施,观察组患儿给予推拿治疗联合药浴护理干预措施。观察比较两组患儿腹泻消失时间、呕吐消失时间及临床效果。结果观察组患儿的腹泻消失时间(2.01±1.74)d、呕吐消失时间(1.96±1.33)d均短于对照组的(4.37±1.29)、(4.21±1.27)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率93.9%高于对照组的72.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿推拿治疗联合药浴在小儿腹泻中的效果显著,能够在较短时间内缓解腹泻症状,其临床效果显著,值得借鉴。Objective To investigate the clinical nursing effect of pediatric massage combined with medicinal bath in treating infantile diarrhea. Methods A total of 66 diarrhea children were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group received traditional treatment and nursing intervention, and the observation group received pediatric massage combined with medicinal bath nursing intervention. Observation and comparison were made on diarrhea disappearance time, vomiting disappearance time and clinical effect between the two groups. Results The observation group had shorter diarrhea disappearance time as（2.01±1.74） d, vomiting disappearance time as（1.96±1.33）d than（4.37±1.29） and（4.21±1.27） d in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had higher total effective rate as 93.9% than 72.7% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of pediatric massage and medicinal bath shows remarkable effect in treating infantile diarrhea, and it can relieve the symptoms of diarrhea in a short time. The clinical effect is remarkable and it is worthy of reference.
