老年人粗隆间骨折患者78例行PFNA治疗后的护理体会

摘　　要：目的研究分析老年人粗隆间骨折患者行股骨近端防旋刀片髓内钉(PFNA)治疗后的护理效果。方法 78例粗隆间骨折的老年患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。两组患者均给予PFDA治疗,观察组患者给予精细护理,对照组患者给予常规护理,对比分析两组患者髋关节功能、护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者髋关节功能优良率为97.44%明显高于对照组的71.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理总满意度为94.87%明显高于对照组的76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率为2.56%,明显低于对照组的17.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用PFDA治疗老年人粗隆间骨折结合精细护理具有较好的治疗效果,提高护理满意度的同时,能够降低并发症的发生率,使患者髋关节功能得到显著改善,值得进行临床应用和推广。Objective To study and analyze the nursing effect of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture after proximal femoral nail anti-rotation（PFNA） treatment. Methods A total of 78 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 39 cases in each group. Both groups received PFNA treatment, and the observation group receive fine nursing, while the control group received conventional nursing. Comparison and analysis were made on hip function, nursing satisfaction and occurrence of complications between the two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher excellent rate of hip function as 97.44% than 71.79% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had obviously higher total satisfaction degree as 94.87% than 76.92% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had obviously lower incidence of complications as 2.56% than 17.95% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of PFNA and fine nursing shows good effect in treating elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture, and it can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the function of hip joint while improving nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
