心理护理干预对甘油试验的结果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理对甘油试验顺利完成的重要性。方法 157例进行甘油试验的患者,随机分为对照组(68例)和干预组(89例),对照组实施常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上实施心理护理干预。观察比较两组甘油试验完成情况及甘油试验阳性率。结果干预组全部完成甘油试验检查,完成率为100.00%;对照组56例完成甘油试验检查,完成率为82.35%;干预组甘油试验完成率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组甘油试验阳性率为61.80%(55/89),对照组甘油试验阳性率为53.57%(30/56),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心理护理对甘油试验顺利完成起着重要的作用,可确保试验的顺利完成,提高患者依从性,为梅尼埃病提供诊断依据。Objective To investigate the importance of psychological nursing for the successful completion of glycerol test. Methods A total of 157 patients undergoing glycerol test were randomly divided into control group（68 cases） and intervention group（89 cases）. The control group received conventional nursing, and the intervention group received psychological nursing intervention. The completion of glycerol test and the positive rate of glycerol test in two groups were observed and compared. Results The intervention group had all cases completed the glycerol test, with completion rate as 100.00%, while the control group had 56 cases completed the glycerol test, with completion rate as 82.35%. The intervention group had higher completion rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The intervention group had positive rate of glycerol test as 61.80%（55/89）, which was 53.57%（30/56） in the control group, but their difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing plays an important role in the smooth completion of the glycerol test. It can ensure the smooth completion of the test, improve the compliance of the patient and provide diagnostic basis for Meniere’s disease.
