摘  要:火箭贮箱超大薄壁结构由于制造工艺不可避免地存在初始几何偏差,焊接过程中由装夹产生的校形应力与焊接应力的耦合将对结构焊接变形造成不可忽视的影响。针对超大薄壁结构搅拌摩擦焊接工艺的有限元仿真过程提出了3维应力分区法简化焊接计算,同时考虑工装夹具约束校形的影响,基于变形协调原理研究初始偏差对不同尺寸的超大薄壁结构焊接变形的影响规律。计算得到不同尺寸的模型在标准件与含不同初始偏差的情况下时的焊接变形,结果表明较小的负方向的初始偏差可以有效的减小焊接变形;随着模型长度方向尺寸的增大初始偏差对焊接变形的影响更加显著,且对于大尺寸模型焊接变形随初始偏差向正方向增大将呈现非线性的增长规律。The large thin-walled structure such as rocket tank has an initial geometric deviation inevitably due to manufacturing process. During the welding process,the coupling of sizing stress caused by fixture and welding stress has a negligible effect to structure welding deformation. According to the friction stirring welding procedure of thin-walled structure,a new computational method is introduced to simplify the welding calculation in the paper. Based on the principal of compatibility of deformation,the research is carried on to clarify the influence rule of initial deviation on welding deformation with the fixture under consideration. The welding deformation of model with different kinds of combinations of sizes and deviations is calculated,which illustrates that the slight bending deviation in the negative direction on vertical plate can reduce the welding deformation effectively. When comes to large scale structure,the impact of deviation becomes more significant and the welding deformation improves nonlinearly as the positive direction of bending deviation is increasing.
