摘  要:钣金件被广泛应用于机电、轻工、汽车、医疗器械等领域,是家电产品壳体的主要形式,钣金成型设备性能在很大程度上决定了钣金件的制造水平,影响着产品的质量,其机械化和自动化是提高钣金加工效率的重要手段。介绍了基于PLC控制的U形家电门壳自动化成型非标设备,根据产品的成型工艺特点,对关键成型工位机械结构进行了设计,阐述了电气控制系统的工作原理、硬件安装与网络连接,可借鉴用于其他家电钣金壳成型设备设计。Sheet metal parts are widely used in electromechanical,light industry,automobile,medical devices and other fields. It is the main form of home appliances shell,Sheet metal forming equipment largely determines the manufacturing level of sheet metal parts,affects the quality of home appliances. Mechanization and automation of forming equipment is an important means to improve the processing efficiency of sheet metal. This paper introduces the automatic forming non-standard equipment of the U-shape side shell of home appliance based on PLC control.According to the molding process characteristics of the product,the mechanical structure of key forming station was designed. The working principle,hardware installation and network connection of the electrical control system of the production line are expounded. It can be used for designs of other home appliances sheet metal forming equipment.
