2017年四川省居民用药行为风险知信行的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解四川省居民的药品使用认知、用药行为及对用药教育活动的需求,为合理用药提供依据。方法面向四川省不同级别医疗服务片区中的居民进行抽样,以知信行问卷为基础,制定基于调查问卷的访谈方案,于2017年3月至7月对所选取的研究对象进行调查分析。结果平均认知分数为17.3分;居民接触到用药知识讲座或用药教育活动的机会总体偏少,超过一半的受访者均表示需要不同形式的用药知识教育。知识与态度、知识与行为、行为与态度的相关系数分别为0.35、0.59和0.30。结论四川省居民用药情况整体较好,但在处方药购买、抗菌药使用等方面仍有待改善,针对居民的用药教育活动需要进一步强化。AIM To understand the drug use awareness, medication behavior and the demand for medication education activities of residents in Sichuan Province, and provide the basis for rational drug use.METHODS The residents were sampled and surveyed from March 2017 to July 2017 in different levels of healthcare institutions which serve different areas in Sichuan Province. Interview program was developed based on the knowledge-attitude-practice（ KAP） questionnaire. RESULTS In the interview program, correct rate of 85.7% of respondents was more than 50% and the average cognitive score was 17.3 points. Residents had few opportunities for medication lectures or drug using education activities. More than half of the respondents indicated that they need different forms of drug using education activities. Correlation coefficient of knowledge and attitudes, knowledge and behavior, behavior and attitudes were 0.35, 0.59 and 0.30, respectively.CONCLUSION The overall drug using situation of residents in Sichuan Province is well, but the prescription drug purchase and antibiotic use still need to be improved. Drug education activities for residents need to be further strengthened.
