摘　　要：采用显微镜和SEM分析了一种铝易拉罐针孔缺陷的显微形貌特征和能谱特征,将它们与易拉罐体料生产过程中接触到的异物的显微形貌特征和能谱特征相对比,结果显示硅酸铝纤维的渣球特征与针孔缺陷中的异物特征相似度极高,最终确定了异物的来源,并提出了改善措施。Microstructure and spectrum characteristics of a kind of pinhole defect of aluminum cans were investigated with microscope and SEM analysis. Then they were compared with those of foreign matters in contact with can materials in the production process. The result indicates that the slag ball characteristics of aluminum silicate fiber are extremely similar to the foreign matter characteristics in the pinhole defect. The source of foreign matters was determined at last and improvement measures were put forward.
