摘 要:在正反拉延成形中,拉延次序是影响拉延成形是否成功的一个重要因素。针对某一底部具有"反鼓包"特殊结构的矩形件,根据其成形工艺特点,拟定3种不同拉延成形工艺方案,即对矩形件正反两个方向分别采用不同次序进行拉延。首先利用Dynaform软件分别按不同拉延方案对矩形件进行数值模拟,再通过对3种方案的模拟结果进行比较分析,从而得出最佳成形方案。为了验证模拟的准确性,设计与制造出实验用的变工序拉延复合模具。通过分别对这3种方案进行实验验证,证明了模拟结果的正确性和"先反向后正向拉延"方案的可行性。The order of drawing is an important factor that influences the success of forming in the forward-reverse drawing. Then,for a special rectangle part with an ‘anti-drum'on its bottom,three different drawing schemes were developed according to its forming characteristics,namely,the two directions of the rectangular part were drawn in different orders. At first,the rectangular part was simulated by software Dynaform in different drawing schemes respectively,and then,the simulation results of three schemes were compared and analyzed to get optimum forming scheme. Finally,a kind of variable-process composite drawing die was designed and made to verify the correctness of the simulations. The result shows that the correctness of the simulation results and the feasibility of‘first reverse then forward drawing'scheme are proved by experiments in the three schemes respectively.
