摘  要:取消一切中间传动环节,利用直线电动机直接驱动能提高机械压力机的速度、效率和精度,但传统直线电动机驱动压力机在吨位、成本和可靠性间存在制约关系。为此,在对直线电动机驱动锻压设备的发展现状进行介绍的基础上,研究了新型直线电动机直接驱动的高速压力机结构方案。考虑压力机的工作特性和制造成本,设计次级动子只存在凸极铁心的磁通切换直线电动机的3种拓扑结构。为平衡电动机的法向吸力,提出双边平板式、四边和六边筒型磁通切换直线电动机的冲头结构,并结合气电复合、混合励磁等方式,提高直线压力机的冲压力。The linear motor direct drive can improve the velocity,efficient and precision of mechanical press by eliminating any middle transmissions. However,traditional linear motor drive press exists restrictive relation between tonnage,cost and reliability. Therefore,based on summarizing the development status of linear motor drive forging apparatuses,structure schemes of novel linear motor direct drive high speed press were researched. Considering the work characteristics and manufacturing cost of mechanical press,three topologies of flux switch linear motor were designed,in which the secondary mover only consisted of salient pole core. In order to balance the motor normal force,punch structures driven by double flat-plates,four side and six side tubular flux switch linear motors were proposed respectively. Thus,the stamping force of mechanical press was enhanced by combining pneumatic-electric with hybrid excitation.
