对穴温针灸联合腕踝针治疗肩关节周围炎的临床研究

摘　　要：观察对穴温针灸联合腕踝针治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法将60例肩关节周围炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组采用对穴温针灸联合腕踝针治疗,对照组采用对穴温针灸治疗,每日治疗1次,2周为1个疗程,1个疗程后进行肩关节功能评估,分析疗效。结果两组治疗前后肩关节Constant-Murley评分比较,两组均能有效改善肩关节各项功能(<0.01),但治疗组对肩关节的改善更具有优势(<0.05);两组临床疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为80.00%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计意义(<0.05)。结论对穴温针灸联合腕踝针疗法是治疗肩关节周围炎的有效方法,能显著改善肩关节功能,具有疗效显著、安全无副作用的特点。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture-moxibustion and wrist-ankle acupuncture in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods 60 cases of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control groups,30 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated with acupuncture-moxibustion and wrist-ankle acupuncture,control group was treated with acupuncture-moxibustion,1 time/d,2 weeks was a course. After 1 treatment course,shoulder joint function was scored before and after treatment in the two groups,the clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results There were statistically significant pre/post-treatment differences in shoulder joint function in the two groups（P〈 0.01）,and the result in treatment group was superior to that in control group（P〈 0.05）. The total efficacy rate was 93.33% in treatment group and 80.00% in control group,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture-moxibustion and wrist-ankle acupuncture is an effective way to scapulohumeral periarthritis,which can improve the shoulder joint function with features of significant effects and has higher safety without side effects.
