摘　　要：目的探讨强脉冲光(IPL)联合果酸治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效与安全性。方法将入选的61例中重度痤疮患者随机分为三组治疗:A组采用IPL联合果酸治疗;B组单纯用果酸治疗;C组单纯用IPL治疗,分别在治疗结束后第4,8周末评估最终疗效。结果治疗结束第4,8周后对三组疗效进行比较,结果 A组疗效优于B和C组,其中A组对炎性丘疹及脓疱效果更好,炎性结节明显减退。结论 IPL联合果酸治疗中重度痤疮是一种起效快,效果好且安全的治疗方法。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of intense pulsed ligh combined with the Alpha Hydroxy Acid in the treatment of moderate and severe ache. Methods Sixty-one eases of moderate and severe acne from outpatients were randomly divid- ed into three groups：Group A：IPL combined with Alpha Hydroxy Acid treatment; Group B ： pure Alpha Hydroxy Acid treatment ; Group C ： pure IPL treatment. We eval- uated the finally curative efficacy of the fourth and eighth week after the end of treat- ment respectively. Results On the fourth and eighth week after the end of treatment, Compared the three groups, the curative effect of group A was superior to group B and C, in group A the effect of the inflammatory papules and pustules was the best, and in- flammatory nodules diminished appreciably. Conclusion IPL combined with the Al- pha Hydroxy Acid in the treatment of moderate and severe acne is a kind of treatment for fast action, good curative effect and safety.
