摘 要:目的探索储存期间更换添加液对红细胞储存的影响,验证更换添加液能否减轻红细胞储存损伤。方法将20名O型献血者的悬浮红细胞随机分为更换组和对照组,每组10名。更换组在储存d14更换添加液(SAGM)。2组均在存储d3、d7、d14、d21、d28和d35进行采样检测。Na^+、K^+、葡萄糖和乳酸为所测定的生化指标。结果更换添加液后(d21—d35),更换组上清液中K+浓度分别为(7.45±1.22)mmoml/L、(11.77±1.81)mmoml/L、(15.60±2.21)mmoml/L低于对照组(P〈0.05);乳酸浓度分别为(5.28±0.56)mmoml/L、(6.44±0.70)mmoml/L、(7.51±0.75)mmoml/L低于对照组(P〈0.05);更换组葡萄糖浓度分别为(31.72±1.46)mmoml/L、(30.36±0.83)mmoml/L、(31.2±1.40)mmoml/L高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论储存期间更换红细胞添加液可以补充葡萄糖,去除乳酸等代谢废物,从而达到减轻红细胞储存损伤的目的。更换添加液是一种简便易行的方法,可以较快的进入临床实践,减轻红细胞储存损伤,提高输血疗效。Objective To verify whether additive solution replacement during storage can reduce red blood cell(RBC)storage lesion by explore the effect of additive solution replacement. Methods 20 donors were enrolled. After the suspended RBCs were prepared according to the standard protocol,samples were divided into the treatment group(replace additive solution at 14 days after storage) and the control group,10 cases for each group. All blood samples were sampled and tested at3,7,14,21,28 and 35 days post storage. Na^+,K^+,glucose and lactic were tested to evaluate the effect of additive solution replacement. Results After replacement,the concentration of K+and lactic of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P〈0. 05),and the glucose in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P〈0. 05).Conclusion During storage,additive solution replacement can re-supply glucose and remove lactic/other metabolic wastes.Thus,storage lesion was reduced. It is a simple but convenient approach to reduce red blood cell storage lesion and improve effect of blood transfusion,which is easy to perform in clinical practice.
