摘  要:目的新版《献血者健康检查要求》(GB18467-2011)将机采血小板间隔时间缩短到14d,分析机采耗材中残留的细胞量,评估频繁捐献血小板献血者的安全性。方法2017年5月—2017年7月,随机抽取3种不同血细胞分离机(Trima、MCS+、Amicus)单采血小板耗材各30套,称重采样袋,冲洗耗材,检测冲洗液,计算出残留细胞量。结果单采耗材Trima:全血(91.2±13.5)mL,白细胞(2.9±1.0)×10^9,血小板(5.9±1.1)×10^10;Amicus:全血(79.8±7.5)mL,白细胞(1.6±0.4)×10^9,血小板(2.2±0.9)×10^10;MCS+:全血(31.3±11.8)mL,白细胞(0.1±0.08)×10^9,血小板(0.8±0.6)×10^10。3种不同机型血细胞分离机血小板单采耗材残余的全血、血小板和白细胞,组间结果均有意义(均P〈0.001)。结论考虑到Trima和Amicus耗材细胞损失量较大,建议献血者不能连续频繁用这2种机型采集,可轮换到MCS+上采集,以减少细胞损失量。Objective According to the new version of "Whole blood and component donor selection requirements GB18467-2011",the platelet apheresis collection interval is shortened to 14 days. We analyzed the blood residual amount in the apheresis kits to evaluate the safety status of frequent donation donors using these kits. Methods From May to July 2017,30 kits were randomly selected from 3 different types of blood cell separators(Trima,MCS +,Amicus). We then weighed the blood sample bags,flushed the kits,tested the washed-off solution and calculated the amount of cell residuals.Results Trima: Whole blood(91. 2±13. 5) ml,white blood cells(2. 9±1. 0) ×10^9,platelets(5. 9±1. 1)×10^10; Amicus:Whole blood 0. 4) ×10^9,platelet(2. 2±0. 9)×10^10; MCS+: Whole blood(31. 3±11. 8) ml,leukocyte(0. 1±0. 08)×10^9,platelet(0. 8±0. 6) ×10^10. The amount of whole blood,platelet and white blood cell residuals in the 3 kit types presented statistically significant differences(all P〈0. 001). Conclusion Due to the larger amount of cell residuals in the Trima and Amicus kits,we suggest donors not be collected frequently using these two types of separators. MCS +,on the other hand,could be used more frequently to reduce cells loss.
