摘 要:XJT9907是新疆农业科学院经济作物研究所选育的甜菜单胚雄不育丰产、中糖、中抗丛根病、抗根腐病二倍体杂交种。XJT9907以单胚雄性不育系JTD201A为母本,以多胚高糖、丰产、耐丛根病、耐褐斑病的二倍体自交系M39-8-4为父本配制杂交组合,收获母本种子。结果表明:XJT9907区试预备试验块根产量较对照KWS2409增产8.0%;含糖率较对照提高0.85度。在区试中块根产量较对照KWS2409增产13.0%;含糖率较对照提高0.92度。中抗甜菜丛根病,病情指数比对照低10.03;抗甜菜根腐病,根腐病发病率比对照低1.13个百分点;耐甜菜褐斑病,病情指数比对照低4.00。田间综合鉴定考察结果该品种为1级。适宜种植密度为6000~6500株/667m^2(90000~97500株/hm^2)。适宜在新疆北疆地区种植。The sugarbeet variety XJT9907 was monogerm diploid hybrids with characteristics of high-yield and medium sugar content, and resistance to rhizomania and root rot, which was bred by Institute of Economic Crops,Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The XJT9907 was from nature crossing with the CMS monogerm variety JTD201 A as the female parent and diploid inbred line M39-8-4 as male parent that was high sugar content, high-yield, and tolerant to rhizomania and leaf spot disease. Seeds were from female parent. In the regional pretest, compared with the control KWS2409, the root yield of XJT9907 was increased by 8.0%, and the sugar content was increased by 0.85(Brix). In the regional test of Xinjiang, the root yield of XJT9907 was 13.0%higher than that of the control KWS2409, and the sugar content was 0.92(Brix) higher than that of the control.The disease index of rhizomania was 10.03 lower than that of the control, and the average incidence rate of root rot was 1.13% lower, meantime, resistance to beet leaf spot, the disease index was 4.00 lower than that of the control KWS2409. Field identification results showed that the XJT9907 met the standard of the first grade,which was suitable for planting in north areas in Xinjiang, and its suitable planting density was 6000-6500 plants per667 m2(90000-97500 plants per hectare).
