摘　　要：目的了解1951-2016年保山市疟疾流行情况,总结与评估保山市消除疟疾工作成效,为今后维持和巩固消除疟疾成果提供科学依据。方法对1951-2016年保山市疟疾发病资料进行统计分析,参照国家卫生计生委《消除疟疾考核评估方案(2014年版)》和《云南省消除疟疾考核评估实施细则》,对保山市消除疟疾工作进行评估。结果 1951-2016年保山市的疟疾防治,经历控制流行、疫情反弹和再控制、实施灭疟规划、灭疟后期管理、常规防治、实施全球基金疟疾项目和实施消除疟疾7个阶段,发病数从1951年的15 009例降到2016年的108例,下降99.28%;发病率从1951年的1 419.92/10万降到2016年的4.17/10万,下降99.71%;死亡数1951年为1 304例,2016年为0。结论保山市疟疾防治工作取得了显著成效,达到了消除疟疾标准,今后工作重点是维持和推进消除疟疾成果。Objective To understand epidemic situation and preventive progress of malaria in Baoshan city, summing up and evaluating experience and achievement, so as to provide the scientific basis for prevention and control of malaria. Methods The data collected from the Epidemic system and with reference to the National health and family planning commission on＂programmer of evaluation on eliminating malaria（the 2014 version）＂and＂the implementation rules for evaluation on eliminating malaria in Yunnan province＂,to assess the work about elimination of malaria in Baoshan. Results Baoshan city of malaria prevention and control with the 7 stages in 1951-2016,like： controlled epidemic, rebound and control again, implemented a plan out of malaria elimination, the late-stage management,routine prevention and control, implemented of the global fund malaria project and implemented eliminating malaria, a significant reduction in the malaria, The numbers of cases decreased from 15 009 cases in 1951 to 108 cases in 2016,down 99.28 %;and the incidence decreased from 1 419.92 per a hundred thousand in 1951 to 4.17 per a hundred thousand in 2016, down 99.71 %;The death cases decreased from 1 304 cases in 1951 to 0 cases. Conclusion The works in malaria prevention and control had achieved remarkable results, all 5 counties have been passed assessment of eliminating malaria; The future focus is to maintain and promote the results of eliminating malaria.
