摘 要:目的探讨PDCA循环法在多重耐药菌医院感染管理中的应用效果。方法选取本院2015-2016年期间检出523例多重耐药菌感染患者,临床科室对其执行的各项接触隔离措施作为研究对象,2016年1月将PDCA循环法应用于多重耐药菌的医院感染管理中,比较应用前后多重耐药菌接触隔离措施执行率及多重耐药菌医院感染发生率。结果应用PDCA循环法管理后,临床科室各项多重耐药菌接触隔离措施执行率均高于应用PDCA循环法前(χ~2=7.95,45.28,26.99,22.32,79.22,P<0.05),多重耐药菌医院感染发生率显著降低(χ~2=28.18,P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环法在多重耐药菌医院感染管理中的应用,可有效提高临床科室多重耐药菌接触隔离措施执行力,降低多重耐药菌医院感染发生率,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of PDCA cycle method on the nosocomial infection management of multidrug-resistant organism. Methods Selected 523 cases of multi drug resistant bacteria infection in our hospital during the period 2016-2015, and the clinical departments conducted the contact isolation measures as the research object, in January 2016, the PDCA cycle was applied to nosocomial infection management in multidrug-resistant bacteria,and compare the execution rate of contacting isolation measures and the incidence of infection. Results As the PDCA cycle method approached,in clinical departments,the execation rate of contacting isolation measures is higher than before(χ^2=7.95,45.28,26.99,22.32,79.22,P0.05),and the incidence of infection reduces significantly(χ^2=28.18,P0.05). Conclusion Application of PDCA method in the hospital infection management of multidrug-resistant organism can enhance the execution rate of contacting isolation measures and reduce the incidence infection, which is worthy of being promoted.
