复发性鼻息肉患者PLUNC、TLR2和HO-1蛋白表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨复发性鼻息肉患者腭、肺及鼻咽上皮克隆(PLUNC)蛋白、Toll样受体2(TLR-2)蛋白和血红素加氧酶-1(HO-1)蛋白表达及意义。方法选取2016年1月至2017年10月在我院治疗的鼻息肉患者75例,其中初发性鼻息肉患者40例(初发组)、复发性鼻息肉患者35例(复发组),同时选取40例正常中鼻甲黏膜者作为对照组,采用免疫组织化学法检测PLUNC、TLR2和HO-1蛋白表达情况。结果复发组PLUNC蛋白阳性表达率为17.14%,明显低于初发组和对照组(P<0.05);初发组PLUNC蛋白阳性表达率为45.00%,明显低于对照组(P<0.05);复发组TLR-2和HO-1蛋白阳性表达率为91.43%和85.71%,明显高于初发组和对照组(P<0.05);初发组TLR-2和HO-1蛋白阳性表达率为52.50%和55.00%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);PLUNC与TLR2、HO-1蛋白表达呈负相关(rs=-0.622和-0.534,P<0.05),TLR2和HO-1蛋白表达呈正相关(rs=0.466,P<0.05)。结论鼻息肉患者PLUNC蛋白表达下调,而TLR2和HO-1蛋白表达上调,3种蛋白的表达与鼻息肉复发有一定的相关性,且三者之间存在相关关系。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of palate-lung-nasal epithelium clone（PLUNC）,Toll like receptor 2（TLR-2）protein and heme oxygenase-1（HO-1）protein in recurrent nasal polyps.Methods From January 2016 to October 2017,75 cases of nasal polyps in our hospital were selected,including 40 cases of primary nasal polyps（primary group）,35 cases of recurrent nasal polyps（recurrent group）,and 40 cases of normal middle turbinate mucosa as control group,the expression of PLUNC,TLR2 and HO-1 protein were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive expression rate of PLUNC protein in recurrent group was 17.14%,which were significantly lower than that in the primarygroup and control group（P〈0.05）.The positive expression rate of PLUNC protein in the primary group was 45%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）;The positive expression rate of TLR-2 and HO-1 protein in recurrent group was 91.43%and 85.71%,which were significantly higher than that in the primary group and the control group（P〈0.05）.The positive expression rate of TLR-2 and HO-1 protein in the primary group were 52.50% and 55%,which were significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）;The expression of PLUNC were negatively correlated with the expression of TLR2 and HO-1 protein（rs=-0.622 and-0.534,P〈0.05）,and TLR2 was positively correlated with the expression of HO-1 protein（rs=0.466,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The expression of PLUNC protein in nasal polyps is down,while the expression of TLR2 and HO-1 is up,and has a certain relationship with the recurrence of nasal polyps,there is a correlation between the threeindexes.
