摘　　要：新时代中国特色社会主义动能转换思想是中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,涉及创新驱动发展、五大发展理念、供给侧结构性改革、区域协调发展等多项任务及战略布局的经济、政治、科技、文化思想的总和,其精神实质体现为:动能转换思想为动能转换指明前进方向、是推动动能转换的强大力量和精神支柱。新时代中国特色社会主义动能转换的实践特点是政府主导、降低转换成本与跨越"模仿陷阱"、正确处理市场和竞争的关系,加强动能转换过程中的产权和人权保护。The thought of kinetic energy conversion of socialist economic development with Chinese characteristics for a new era is an important part of the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics, involving innovation-driven development, five major development concepts, supply-side structural reforms, regional coordinated development and other tasks and strategic layout. The sum of economic, political, scientific and technological, and cultural thoughts manifests itself in the following： The idea of kinetic energy conversion indicates the direction of advancement for kinetic energy conversion, and it is a powerful force and spiritual pillar to promote kinetic energy conversion. The practical characteristics of the transition of kinetic energy of socialist economic development with Chinese characteristics for a new era are the relationship between government-led, reduced conversion costs and overcome the ＂imitation trap＂, handling of markets and competition correctly, and strengthening the protection of property fights and human rights in the process of kinetic energy conversion.
