摘  要:以某印染企业筒子染色废水为处理对象,采用"物化+生化+超滤+反渗透+电渗析"工艺路线进行中试试验研究。结果表明,电化学与生化组合可实现筒子染色废水的达标排放,生化出水经超滤及反渗透处理后。COD、硬度、色度、SS、电导率均能取得良好的处理效果,其中盐分主要通过反渗透去除。电渗析浓缩可对反渗透浓水进一步浓缩,浓缩后的废水含盐量平均可达60 000 mg/L。In this study,a pilot-plant test was carried out to investigate desalination of bobbin dyeing wastewater by using the process of "UF + RO + ED". The resulted show that the electro-chemical and biological process could meet the requirements of discharge standards. COD,hardness,color and conductivity could get good removal results after the biological,UF and RO combined process,while salt was mainly removed by RO. ED could further concentrate concentrated water of RO. The average salt content of concentrated water was almost 60000 mg/L.
