摘  要:本文主要介绍了在当前钢铁行业形势下,通过对水钢100吨转炉装入、供氧、造渣等工艺进行优化,建立转炉热平衡静态模型,推行留渣少渣冶炼模式、CO浓度趋势指导转炉操作支撑一次倒炉出钢工艺,钒钛铁水条件下的新型护炉方式的研究应用等.将转炉冶炼周期从35mi/炉缩短至32min/炉,有效的提高了转炉的生产节奏,为公司创造效益提供了进一步的支撑。According to present condition in iron and steel industry, the steelmaking processes such as charging, oxygen blowing, slagging and so on in 100 t converter in Shuigang are optimized. A static model of heat balance in converter is set up. A steelmaking mode including both slag remaining oper- ation and less slag operation is implemented. The steelmaking operation with only one time of con- verter turning down for tapping, which is guided by CO concentration change trend in flue gas, is car- fled out. A new method of converter protection in steelmaking process of hot metal with vanadium and titanium is studied and used. With the help of above measures, the converter steelmaking time per heat decreases from 35 min to 32 min, effectively speeding up productive rhythm of converter steel- making and serving for benefit of our company.
