摘  要:用全场光学相干层析成像(FFOCT)系统对人体离体结肠组织与肾脏组织进行了高分辨率层析成像。该系统基于Linnik干涉系统,采用白光光源照明,理论分辨率可达0.5μm。通过面阵电荷耦合元件(CCD)采集多张样品和参考镜的干涉图,以四步移相法获取层析图。运用该系统对人体肾组织进行成像,基于肾的组织学切片特征成功辨认肾组织结构;运用系统对人体结肠组织及结肠腺癌组织进行成像,以组织学切片图像为对照,分析正常结肠组织与结肠腺癌组织的FFOCT断层图像,验证了该成像系统对人体癌变组织的鉴别能力,研究结果为FFOCT技术的临床诊断应用打下了基础。High resolution tomography images of human ex vivo kidney and colon tissues are obtained by using fullfield optical coherence tomography(FFOCT)system. The experimental setup is based on a Linnik-type interferometer illuminated by a low coherence lamp.The theoretical resolution of the system is 0.5μm.Series of interferometric images of sample and reference mirror are obtained by a charge-coupled device(CCD)and four-step phase-shifting algorithm.This experimental setup is used to image human kidney,and kidney tissue structures are successfully identified based on characteristic of histological slices of the kidney.The system is used to image human colon tissue and colonic adenocarcinoma tissue.On the basis of histological slices images,the ability of the FFOCT system identifying human cancer tissue is verified with the analysis of the colonic tissue and colonic adenocarcinoma tissue tomography images.The results of the study lay the foundation for future clinical diagnosis and application for FFOCT.
