摘  要:以吐哈盆地葡萄棚架为研究对象,基于fluent软件,对葡萄棚架下的喷雾降温系统进行数值模拟。结果表明:棚架下测点处空气温度和相对湿度的模拟值与实测值的平均相对误差分别在0.6%和4.1%,模拟结果与试验结果吻合良好,说明建立的数学模型具有一定的可靠度和准确性,边界条件设置较为合理。截取水平层面上不同高度处的温度场模拟图,发现喷雾后流场在竖直方向上和水平方向上均呈梯度变化,距离喷头位置越远,温度变化越缓慢,距进风口越远温度越低。由于边界条件中有葡萄藤蔓和敞开一侧的干热风影响,同一水平的温度场在两侧变化明显不同。Based on fluent software,a numerical simulation is carried out on the spray cooling system of a grape pergola. The results show that the relative error between the simulated values and measured values of air temperature and relative humidity under the grape pergola is0.6% and 4.1%,respectively; the simulation results are in good agreement with the test results,which indicates that the established model has certain reliability and accuracy and the boundary conditions model is reasonable. From the temperature field simulation graph at different height of horizontal layer,it can be found that the flow field is gradient change in the horizontal and vertical direction; the farer the distance from the sprinkler,the slower the temperature changes; the farer the distance from the wind intake point,the lower the temperature. Due to the influence of the vines and the dry hot wind,the temperature field at the same level is significantly different on the two sides.
