摘  要:根据生产需求,在四氟化铀和六氟化铀生产线之间设计一套适合固体四氟化铀物料自动传输的气力输送系统,要求输送物料能力可以达到2t/h,输送距离水平≥50m,提升高度≥15m,四氟化铀收率≥99.99%。通过在线验证,实现氢氟化系统与氟化系统四氟化铀固体物料的自动转运,获取了最佳工艺参数,满足生产工序间的供料匹配,提升了铀转化生产线物料输送自动化水平。According to the production demand of uranium conversion production line,a set of automatic transport pneumatic conveying system for uranium tetrafluoride material solid was designed and set up between uranium tetrafluoride production line and uranium hexafluoride production line.Through online verification,the optimum process parameters was obtained,material conveying capacity could reach 2 t/h,the transport distance level was greater than or equal to 50 m,the lifting height was larger than or equal to15 m,and uranium tetrafluoride yield was more than or epual to 99.99%.The achievement of automatic transportation for tetrafluoride production solid material between hydrofluorination system and fluorination system,could meet the material matching in production processes and improve the automation level of material transfer in uranium conversion production line.
