摘　　要：焦化厂焦炉管理体系机制是融合"传统焦炉管理经验"和"精益管理一个流生产理念"为一体,针对焦炉基础管理工作打造的管理创新。该体系的关键就是以精益管理为依托,传统焦炉管理经验为指导,形成焦炉设备管理的新思路,创新焦炉基础工作管理竞赛方法,从而打造出具有包钢特色的焦炉管理模式,提升焦化厂核心竞争力。Coking plant coke oven management system mechanism is a combination of ＂traditional coke oven management experience＂ and ＂lean management,a flow production concept＂ as a whole,aiming at coke oven basic management work to create management innovation.The key of this system is to lean management based on the traditional coke oven management experience as a guide,to form a new idea of coke oven equipment management,innovation management competition basis working methods,so as to create Baotou has characteristics of coke oven management mode,enhance the core competitiveness of the coking plant.
