摘　　要：目的了解济宁地区老年人意外伤害现况及其影响因素。方法 2017年3~5月随机抽取济宁地区60岁以上老年人237名,采用自制调查问卷进行面对面调查。结果调查237名老年人,1年内意外伤害发生率为11.39%;意外伤害发生类别排前4位的是跌落(59.25%)、交通事故(14.81%)、锐器伤(7.41%)、中毒(7.41%);意外伤害发生地点主要是家中(55.56%)、街道或马路(18.52%);意外伤害发生时间主要是下午(40.74%)、上午(29.63%);意外伤害发生部位主要为下肢(66.67%);受伤程度排前2的是扭伤拉伤(51.85%)和骨折(33.33%);意外伤害发生时的活动特征主要是休闲活动(48.15%)。意外伤害发生后,处理方式主要是门急诊就诊(48.15%)和住院治疗(40.74%),结局是痊愈(74.07%)和缓解(25.93%)。结论济宁地区老年人意外伤害发生率处于较高水平。Objective To understand the current status and influential factors of unintentional injuries among the elderly in Jining area. Methods A one on one survey was conducted among 60 years old elderly in Jining area during March to May 2017 by self-designed KAP questionnaire for accidental injuryies. Results Of 237 surveyed,the incidence of accidental injuries was 11.39%.The top four causes of injuries were fall（59.25%）,road traffic injuries（14.81%）,sharp injuries（7.41%）and poisonings（7.41%）,The major places where injuries occurred were home（55.56%）and road（18.52%）.The main time when injuries occurred were in the afternoon（40.74%）and in the morning（29.63%）.Lower limb（66.67%）was the most injured part.Recreation activities（48.15%）were the first leading activity when injuries took place.The risk factors of unintentional injuries among the elderly：There was no significant differences between different ages and genders（P〉0.05）.There was no s significant difference between the empty nest elderly and the general elderly（P〉0.05）.After the unintentional injury,the main ways of treatment were emergency treatment（48.15%）and hospitalization（40.74%）,The outcomes were recovery（74.07%）and remission（25.93%）. Conclusion The accidental injury incidence is at the high level among the elderly in Jinig area.
