2014～2016年惠州市居民心脑血管病死因监测数据分析

摘　　要：目的了解惠州市居民心脑血管疾病死亡水平、死因谱等,为相关部门提出有效的干预措施提供依据。方法利用全国疾病监测系统2014~2016年惠州市居民心脑血管疾病死因监测数据,分析2014~2016年惠州市通过死因监测网报告的死亡病例的性别、年龄、地区等基本信息进行一个横断面的描述,并对死因、年龄、性别、地区分布特点等内容进行比较。结果 2014~2016年惠州市6个县(区)通过死因监测网共报告心脑血管疾病死亡20 650例,其中死亡病例的居住地为博罗县6 189例(29.97%)、惠城及仲恺区4 801例(23.25%)、惠阳区4 218例(20.43%)、惠东县3 067例(14.85%)、龙门县2 005例(9.71%)、大亚湾区370例(1.79%)。男性死亡10 945例,女性死亡9 705例,男女比为1.13∶1。2014年报告心脑血管病死亡5 627例(27.25%),报告死亡率为120.97/10万;2015年报告7 345例(35.57%),报告死亡率为156.68/10万;2016年报告7 678例(37.18%),报告死亡率为161.46/10万。2014~2016年心脑血管病死亡病例的死因谱中,前4位死因均是心肌梗死、脑出血、冠心病和脑梗死。惠州市60岁以上的人群是主要的心脑血管病的死亡人群,<60岁的男性的占比高于女性(P<0.01)。城镇、农村在家中死亡均为主要的死亡地点(P<0.01)。结论2014~1016年惠州市居民中60岁以上的人群是主要的心脑血管病的死亡人群。Objective To understand the mortality rate,death spectrum,and epidemiological characteristics of cardiocerebrovascular diseases among residents in Huizhou city,so as to provide basis for relevant departments to put forward effective intervention measures. Methods Using the data of the death surveillance for the National Disease Surveillance System during 2014-2016,a cross-sectional description of the basic information of deaths reported in the death cause surveillance network in Huizhou city from 2014 to 2016 was carried out to describe the cause of death and age distribution.Characteristics,gender-age characteristics,regional distribution characteristics,etc.were compared. Results From 2014 to 2016,20 650 deaths of cardiocerebrovascular diseases were reported through the cause of death surveillance network in 6 counties（districts）of Huizhou city.Among them,6 189 cases（29.97%）of deaths occurred in Boluo county,and there were cases of deaths in Huicheng and Zhongfu districts.There were 4 801 cases（23.25%）,4 218 cases（20.43%）in Huiyang district,3 067 cases（14.85%）in Huidong county,2 005（9.71%）in Longmen county,and 370 cases（1.79%）in Daya Bay area.There were 10 945 male deaths and 9 705 female deaths,with a male to female ratio of1.13：1.In 2014,5 627 deaths（27.25%）were reported for cardiovascular diseases,and the reported mortality rate was120.97/105;in 2015,7 345 cases were reported（35.57%）.The reported mortality rate was 156.68/105;in 2016,7 678 cases（37.18%）were reported and the reported mortality rate was 161.46/105.In the death cause spectrum of cardio cerebrovascular diseases from 2014 to 2016,the top four causes of death were myocardial infarction,cerebral hemorrhage,coronary heart disease,and cerebral infarction.In Huizhou city,people over the age of 60 were the main deaths of cardio cerebrovascular diseases.Among those who died at the age of 60,the proportion of men was significantly higher than that of women（P〈0.01）,which was statistically significant.In both
